The contract period May 1, 2019 to August 1, 2019.

Request approval of the Second Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between Fulton County, Georgia and Zion Hill Community Development Corporation in furtherance of the Board’s approval of the 2018 Action Plan activities, to ensure continued compliance with HOME grant requirements. The approval of this Agenda Item also authorizes the Chairman to execute any documents related to these grants (Emergency Solutions Grant; HOME Investment Partnerships Grant; Continuum of Care Grant).

Public Comment - Citizens are allowed to voice County-related opinions, concerns, requests, etc. during the Public Comment portion of the Commission meeting. At the Regular Meeting, speakers will be heard prior to the zoning portion of the agenda; at the Recess Meeting, prior to the County Manager’s Unfinished Business. Before speaking, each participant must fill out a speaker card, located at the entry way, the podium, and the media and court reporter tables. Speaker cards must be submitted to the Clerk’s staff, who will accept them on a first-come, first-served basis.  Once Public Comment begins, speaker cards will no longer be accepted. Speakers will be granted up to two minutes each. Members of the public will not be allowed to yield or donate time to other speakers. The Public Comment portion of the meeting will not exceed 30 minutes at the Regular Meeting, nor will this portion exceed thirty minutes at the Recess Meeting.  Those who could not speak during Public Comment will be allowed to speak first at a subsequent Board meeting. The project involves improving the interchange of I-285 and SR 400 and includes modifying wastewater pipes and crossings impacted by the interchange improvements.

(Atlanta, GA) to provide clinical and behavioral health services through implementation of a jail re-entry team to coordinate support of the emerging adults (18-24 years of age) homeless population and distribution of psychotropic medication to the uninsured on behalf of the Fulton County Department of BHDD.  Effective upon BOC approval through December 31, 2019.
