Request approval to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between Fulton County as the GA 502 Fulton County Continuum of Care Collaborative Applicant through its Department of Community Development in the total amount of $80,000.00, with: (A) Crossroad Community Ministries, in the amount of $30,000.00; (B), Los Ninos/ Primero, in the amount of $25,000.00; and (C) Travelers Aid of Metropolitan Atlanta dba Hope Atlanta, in the amount of $25,000.00, for the provision of supportive services to their existing clientele to ensure continuity of client stability to self-sufficiency with the use of Continuum of Care Collaborative Applicant funding.  Each Memorandum of Understanding is effective April 1, 2020 through August 31, 2020. The approval of this agenda item will also authorize the Chairman to execute future documents related to this specific grant and this agenda item.

The Fulton County Library System requests the Board of Commissioners to approve back payment in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00, through the General Fund for hotspot charges incurred due to the ending of the Google Grant/Tides Foundation.  Prior payments were the responsibility of the Library Foundation. After exhausting allocated funding, the Library service that the grant paid for continued at the request of the Director at the time.
